Our Mission

We equip leaders locally and globally to care for their souls through curriculum development, spiritual formation, teaching, and mentoring.

From local pastors to ministry leaders across Eastern Europe, Armenia, Georgia, and Central Asia, we serve those who often lack access to sound training and spiritual support. Through retreats, translated curriculum, mentoring relationships, and leadership development, RPM provides steady encouragement and practical tools for lasting faithfulness.

Pastor Richard had a great influence in my life. He served me as a father. As Paul fathered Timothy, I would say that Richard's ministry in my life is similar to the picture of the relationship between the Apostle Paul and Timothy. I understood the father's heart and care, and it completely changed my views and way of thinking.
